2. Service Overview
We offer executive car services for the following purposes:
• Airport transfers
• Corporate transportation
• Special events (weddings, proms, etc.)
• Hourly or as-directed charters

3. Booking & Reservation Policy
• All reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or authorized partner platforms.
• A valid credit card is required to secure reservations.
• Confirmation will be provided via email or text once the booking is finalized.

4. Use of Affiliate or Partner Companies
Millennium Executive Town Car may, at its discretion, subcontract rides to other licensed and insured transportation companies under the following conditions:
• Partner companies must meet or exceed industry standards for safety, insurance, and driver professionalism.
• Clients will be informed prior to pickup if a partner company will be handling the ride.
• Millennium Executive Town Car remains the primary point of contact for customer service issues, billing, and feedback related to subcontracted rides.

5. Driver Standards
All drivers representing Millennium Executive Town Car or its partners must:
• Hold valid commercial driver’s licenses (as applicable)
• Pass background checks and maintain clean driving records
• Exhibit professional appearance and conduct
• Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations

6. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made 12 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled service will be charged in full.

7. Liability
Millennium Executive Town Car is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, accidents, or other events beyond our control. In subcontracted rides, our partners assume direct operational responsibility during the period of service delivery.

We welcome feedback to ensure the highest level of service. Any concerns regarding subcontracted services should be reported directly to Millennium Executive Town Car for investigation and resolution.
